I don’t think it’s pizza without dough, but this would be a nice alternative for keto aficionados. I’d still eat it, for sure.
I do like a thin crust pizza (but I like most pizza, let’s be honest) so imagine having a thin layer of crispy chicken skin underneath. It’d still be keto, but with some crunch.

i think one buys a whole a chicken and a round cake shape
put the chiken in the cake shape
then run it over with a steam roller
(i mean... a modern roller would probably work too... but steam probably adds flavour... and style)

I’ve done similar without breading the chicken, think it was a south beach diet recipe or something.

If you have a barbecue with a cover on it.
Try matambre a la pizza.
Take a piece of Beef flank, grill one side, turn over, pat the excess oil off and add a pizza sauce, cheese and toppings then cover.
